I’m a German-born journalist in San Francisco who helps newsrooms and podcasts explain America’s tech economy—clearly, fast, and with context. From 2017–2023 I reported as ARD’s West Coast correspondent, covering everything from antitrust trials to wildfire seasons and the rise of generative AI.Earlier, I hosted mornings at SWR, built a small software team at BR to ship digital products, and filed for the BBC World Service.
